if both ears are involved n u also have dandruff issue then it is likely seborrhoeic dermatitis .

Yes both ears are involved but left one is not as bad as right. Should I visit a dermatologist?

Dear pt, you need a proper consult so can take proper history & see you live or online consult as won't suggest to go for hit n try method. proper diagnosis need to be established before giving you any treatment. Regards
A proper diagnosis without actual examining the patient is not possible. Knowing there history of the skin condition etc is very important.
