1 am 20 years old ...and i am having this problem of dryness from years....both in summers and winters...but it tends to increase so much in winters...that i can actually see the skin peeling off...and no matter how much oil i put on...after few hours it becomes the same....also i have dry and wrinkled hands...what should i do about it??? and what might be the cause
