Talk to Dermatologist on Don't Know If Its Genital Warts Or Bumps

A close childhood friend of mine from Karachi is having a problem of few small pimple type stuff on front side of his penis. He is confused that are these herpes, genital warts or bumps. It's been few years and they are still there. He wants to treat and cure them. Please help in this matter as he is confused and worried about this sensitive issue.
