A 60 year old woman has dry, damaged itchy hair and also hair fall. She has previous history of dryness whole body, eczema. She is using baby shampoo and not put any oil in her hairs. She is using hair color Koleston Wella once monthly.

It could be anything. Fungal infection of the scalp or allergic reaction to the hair dyes. Unless a Dermatologist examines hey scalp it would be extremely difficult to diagnose.
