Question

Since two days having rash and itching between the legs. This because of heat and helping in the kitchen. Someone told me to use Candistat 2% Cream. Other told me, don't put any cream because it is sensitive area and just wash the area with Nizoral shampoo, twice daily for 10 days. I have polyfax at home.

That area must be kept ventilated thus wear loose fitting clothes. Wash area with soap and water after finishing work and apply Vaseline 3-4 times daily.
