Can i use omega 3 6 9 oil from capsule topically for hydration and skin health?

Dry skin needs moistrizer and hydration both inside and outside.
For acne scarring I will advise u few sessions of microneedling which will treat both scarring and hyperpigmentation.
Kindly consult a good doctor who is trained in microneedling.
