Asking for Husband, Male, 30 years old, Karachi

My husband has been diagnosed with psoriasis. His dermatologist prescribed him methotrexate. Before that he did some baseline tests in which his SGPT was slightly raised 62U/L. My question is whether he should start taking methotrexate or not because the disease is spreading.

He should continue MTX and follow his LFTs every 3 weeks if they increase upto two times then stop MTX.
