Asking for Other, Female, 25 years old, karachi
For two weeks, there is redness and itching on both hands and few cuts. She used hand moisturizer and antiallergy tablet helps for only a short while. She started using dermovate cream last week and now the problem has spread more, with more redness, discoloration and itching. There are more cuts visible now. Applying cream gives relief to itching and burning sensation only temporarily. The problem is more on right hand and less on left hand. She is right handed. The problem is worse after washing hands in cold water and in the nights. There is no new product that that she's using on her hands and no change in dish washing liquid as well. History of hand allergy: burning sensation after washing dishes and cutting green chillies.

WA Alaikum as Salam. Thank you for your response doctor. Should we stop using steroid cream and start Vaseline? Or should we complete steroid course for 2 weeks? So far we have completed only one week.
