Unfortunately there is no credible treatment for increased sweat in the underarm or elsewhere. Injection Botox helps but it's not a permanent treatment. Sometimes surgical intervention is advised for severing the connection of the sweat glands with the nerves.
However if the sweat is foul smelling then the smell may be treated with meds.

Medically I cannot prescribe you any meds without first examining you. Perhaps you can find a qualified Dermatologist in RWP/ ISB.
However you can try rubbing Alum (phitkari) in both your underarms while taking a bath. it really helps. Give it a try for a week or 10 days and feel the difference. Smell will be gone and you might see reduction in sweat too.
