Pics attached. My daughter has this bump under lips since many months. it is painless but does not go away. should i apply Travocort or any other ointment?

please dont apply travocort. it needs to be removed by a dermatologist in the clinic
contact him i will tell u a lotion which will help u a. it will disappear within c to 5 days
