i have severe chapped lips from teen age. i drink adequate water etc but they are dry and chapped. i feel extremely uncomfortable bcz of that. i recently started using Vaseline, it only helps when you use it continuously and now i purchased a famous lip balm from dwatson too but that's of no use as lips are again chapped in day after using it in night. Kindly tell me if there's any permanent solution or medicine.
