I want to know the best treatment for acne scars , have had microneedlig with prp one session months ago, I have noticed, it does make skin smoother but does not remove scars completely, scars can still be seen through angled light , have seen in West many cosmologists offering lasers(fully ablative co2) and subscion( Taylor liberators ) for anchored scars , and with one session scars are gone. Want to know Anyone here in pakistan offering such service or have experience of treating scars using lasers or anything that's safe and giving best results I'll be thankful .

Dear pt, I hope you are well, its imp to have face to face consult to explain you regarding REALISTIC out come. don't go for laser, u may end badly with PIH, imp to have detailed consult, but if u expect 100% removal its not possible as I've already worked as cosmetic dermatological surgeon for Skin Harley street n even I can't give u surity of 100% removal... they get better depending on variables. dear pt NOTHING on EARTH can give u 100% clearance:) even if some one suggests 80% make him/ her write on paper:) fillers are temporary, scupltura is better as not really a filler but crazy expensive! pico god help who suggested! ablative laser in Asian skin = making sure u end up having PIH if its TRUE CO2 and not Chinese:) told u... u need REALISTIC expectations and edit pics/ videos u kno ant them:) Regards

Dear patient, as you have chronic acne scars these are very difficult to treat. You need to consult dermatologist having cosmetology and research experience. In your case need to remove old scars, stimulate collagen and open up the skin pores. In short restart the natural process. I have videos for exfoliation on YouTube watch those videos. I hope that that will help you.

Dr. Salman is right. U need combination treatment. It can improve uptil 80%-90%. Now a days v have acne scar fillers which improve scars alot. But again its different from patient to patient.
U can visit me in shaa Allah I'm hopeful u will improve.

Medically a Dermatologist can perform certain procedures like PRP, Subcision and Microneedling in combination at each and every session. Please note that multiple sessions are needed. Your superficial / shallow scars will go away but older deep scars may still be there but a lot better then before.
Lasers treatment is not known to give good results.
On the surgical side, a plastic surgeon can give you surgical dermoabrasion with very good results, but again, old deep scars may still be visible.
On the remaining deep scars, filler injections may be used.
