AsslamOAlikum! Suddenly the pimples began on my face one a week ago. I've no acne problem. i used home remedy alveolar gel, vatima E cap and add some glycerin used this mixture and also sometimes in a week cleanings my face with row milk ... and when i saw pimple on my face i used clobevate for pimple to overcome.... then next the day pimples increases so... i again try home remedies , in garm flour add in yogurt or milk used daily, used rose water and acne aid soap...my pimples are began to overcome 40% plz suggest more vaild thing do to used and also my skin is so dry wht can used ? or hw my skin will again spotless like before

You applied almost everything that is non-medical. I am surprised and It never occurred to you and no one suggested you to apply cow-dung !
It's shame on you, being an educated person you behaved worst then an illiterate person.
Instead of consulting a qualified Dermatologist you have been applying those things. The only medical thing you applied was a very potent steroid which is strictly contra-indicated in any kind of infection.
Please bear in mind that successful treatment of acne is not easy and it takes lot of efforts on part of the doctor and more so on the patient. Wrong choice of medicines may lead to marks and scars. If someone gets scars, they are there for life and to get rid of those it takes a very long time and lots of money.
In opinion you must consult a qualified Dermatologist in your area. If you don't have one, travel to a larger city and yet to find one. Treatment varies from type of acne you have, type of skin you have, your hormone profile among many other things.

I respect you sir I used home remedies since from my early teenage ... I have no any issue then before ... and also tell about the use of clobevate someone recommend me she also experienced to overcome her pimple with it. So that's why I used it. I'm so conscious about my skin... thanks for you comments

its the clobevate steroid cream that has caused it. This is the side effect of using stetoid on face. it will cause pimples sudden outbreak overnite and skin thinning and rednesd then pigmentation and bufning and wtinkling. plz do not use stetoids without prescription of dermatologist on skin. book appointment for evaluation and subsequent treatment before its too late.
