I have this skin problem on feet since 2 days. Its itchy. Kindly tell what to do. I chckd no derma is available nearby.

This can't be for two days. it's there for a long time. it's eczema complicated by fungal infection. It better if a Dermatologist examines it first.

Sir didn't knew it was tere before yesterday. Any tube or medicine i can use for it until i visit a doctor personally? No one is available here

I cannot write you any medicine without examining your skin and have taken history of the disorder. It's dangerous and is unethical.
Apply Vaseline to it twice daily and gently massage. After bath make sure the lesion is dry and reapply Vaseline. Don't walk barefooted.
