mere 2006 se hr year chilblains ka issue ho jata tha aur wo thek hotay e wo jaga dark ho jate the Jo June July Mei thore better ho jate the darkness.....ab 2017 k bad se winters Mei chilblains ka issue tw nai a rha but finger hath aur Pao ki dark ho jate Hain black bilkul .... ye kese sai ho skta ha .....can I use hydroquinone 2% ?

We have to examine that blackening is because of melanin pigmentation or due to other cause.. so better is to get examine as soon as possible

Although hydroquinone does help with hyperpigmentation but which type of pigmentation is altogether a different issue. Any medicine without consultation may be harmful. Better wud be to visit a dermatologist near u and give complete history. Then decide whats the best for ur dark areas.
