I want my face and hand color white just like my chest. dont know its due to Sun burn or something else. my chest is white but my hand and face is dark skin compulsion. i used many creams and facial just get 30mint result . i want permanent result suggest me something .

Aoa my skin us getting darker dy by dy I was using vitamin c serum n max dif cream but I m getting darker my other body parts are fair then my hands foot n face what should I do my inlaws really hurts me
