I have big dark patches on my checks and dark marks in my nose. What should i do to remove those? Almost half of my face is covered by these since both cheecks have those. Please suggest something. Thank you

dear u have Melasma..it needs topical as well as laser treatments..with both treatments hand in hand this will get better IA..for that u need to visit a qualified dermatologist in your area.

First of all your face must be covered with a thick scarf, thicker then malmal when you are out of the building. Even when you are traveling in a car during sunlight hours. Avoid eating spinach completely.

They will lighten up considerably in about 6 months. Drug treatments are not good as pigmentation comes back. Response with lasers is good in very few people. Most of the time it makes it worse. PRP has better results, provided you find a doctor in your area who injects it intra-dermal and not by microneedling alone.
