Hello, I have dark Knuckles on my hand and I have been dealing with this problem for a long time. I have tried many home remedies but nothing worked for me. I really need some expert advice from dermatologists. I am not obese, I am healthy. please help me lighten these dark Knuckles. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately these dark marks will never fade because it happens due to slight thickening of the skin at knuckles. Most of the time it's genetic. You will find other people in either your maternal or paternal family having this. This thing happens in both hand fingers and toes.
