eventone c cream twice/dy,
potato massage 10 mins daily, if well tolerated can continue 1 month, wash afterwards,
sunblock, avoid sunlight,
use vit c daily.
ice cube massage xan b dine daily fr D Circles.
avoid eye strain on tv, mobile.
inc water intake.
check LABS fr HB, FERRITIN, if low take iron supplement

thanks for query. properly moisturize the skin. vit c serum at night. sun block. use 3 wks and follow up. for immediate improvement mesotherapy is best.
