Treating dark circles is challenging. There is no creams lotions serum etc that work. Only filler injections in few and PRP help. Both the treatments are expensive.

I won recommend PRP for dark eye circles, Filler IFFFF its American Origin yes good option depending upon ur Aesthetic dynamics. creams unless you use GOOD quality ones won't do any change and I won't recommend local steroid/ mercury based stuff as it will worsen them.more later.
