Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Brown Till On Face

Assalm o Alaikum Respected Doctors and Marham team.

I have dark brown /black till all over my face specially on cheeks. I am unmaried and it is very stressful For me as time by time I see a new small mole on my face..

I have no any health issue or medical history and I am worried why these are on my face.

So plz guide me what should I do and how it can be cure. It can be treated by any ointment or not ?.. I also avoid sun exposure and most of the time i remain at my home . ..
