Have not discussed any timeline between the 2nd and 3rd. They looks like warts to me.
Perhaps they be examined by a Dermatologist for diagnosis and further management.

The pictures are not very clear. You say it is not irritating in your reply to a dr. You shall have to visit a dermatologist near you.
