Hello, i have huge dandruff issue in hair including moustache and beard hair as well. This causes itching and irritation all the time. I’ve tried multiple solutions and remedies but no luck. Any help would be highly appreciated Solutions I’ve tried 1) Kitowin lotion 2) Provate lotion + Hair plus oil 3) Hivate lotion

These types of ledions with the distribution you mentioned are due to seb dermatitis. Is this of tecent onset ir u are having them from before.
It seems you haven't been able to contact a qualified Dermatologist as any qualified Dermatologist would not recommend such products that you have mentioned above.
