by mistake I used an expired lip balm, now I'm having chapped lips it's been almost 8-9 days. If I pull dry skin it starts bleeding. I'm also having a blister inside of the lip from 3 days. Taking folic acid tablet twice a day. what I use to heal up my chapped lips?
Please use vaseline petroleum jelly daily at night.... brush your lips gently with a tooth brush in the morning... and reapply vaseline.
Drink 15 glasses of water daily.
