It's painless... And stomach problem is not so usual... I'm just getting this mouth sore for last two weeks n sometimes i get abdominal pain... I'm not even sure if it's abdominal but it seems like... In upper abdomin... Light but stabbing.....plus lower back ache... Hip bone pain... Though I've nothing tiring to do bcz of lock down mostly I'm laying down 😬

Dear patient, as you mentioned different complaints. It’s not getting correlation with specific disease unless we do proper testing. You need to make appointment with both medical doctor and dermatologist.
This is an abscess. It requires proper treatment quickly as this has the potential to invade deeper tissues.

I haven't done any... If u can suggest me plz do.... Plus i fear I'm diabetic... Bcz the itching n needle type sensation under my skin its really scaring... Like whatever i search either it is diabetes or liver or kidney disease. I'm really afraid

You need an urgent breast clinical exam by a doctor in person as it could be a breast abscess or some serious issue.
