Hello, My nephew is having allergy all over his face. It gets worst at night , he felt itching and that made him cry , at day time the allergy gets better automatically. He is just one year old we can't stop him to touch his face. I'm attaching pictures in comment. TIA

Looks like an eczema.
apply cold cream 4-6 times daily.
apply Hydrocortisone cream 3 times daily.
Try to consult a good Dermatologist in your area to assess the cause of this Eczema.

We cannot go outside as entry and exit of our base is closed kindly if u can recommend anything he start itching on face before sleep time and it started to get red at night and some time it disappear

In addition to what I have advised, please give him syp Actidil ½tsp morning, ½tsp afternoon and ½tsp at night.
