First of all, cover your face completely when out of a building from morning till maghrib.

Secondly have treatment of your acne done so that new marks don't form.

Thirdly don't eat palak (spinach) at all

Lastly make an appointment for consultation at my clinic. After I have estimated the extent, colour and depth of the dark marks, I will be able to prescribe you medicines.

there may be some underlying cause for it. for proper treatment wood light examination is carried out to confirm and find depth of pigmentation and treated accordingly. plz book in person or on line appointment thru marham
