Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Scars

Hi Doctor, Hope my message finds you in best of your health. I'm extremely worried about my condition which is getting worse with each passing day. I have had acne condition from my teenage but they would heal with time because I never took it serious. This is something which came to my notice that from last few months pimple goes away but leaving behind a stubborn spot. Now it seems scars that are embedded in my skin. I'm an independent student with part-time internship handling all the financial matters myself. Many experienced suggested microneedling which I'm also looking forward to, but before that if any medicine or ointment suggestion, to control it atleast. I can not undergo any treatment before two months. Extremely worried.
