Acne Problem On Neck And Cheeks

Salam
I used weight gainer for month and after one month these acne appear on my neck and cheeks and forehead in large quantity and i used azithromycin capsule about 2 weeks with gap of 4 days and there is no recovery and these acne remove from one spot and appear on another spot... kindly give me advice..
