My face is looking horrible. It was all clear before 2 nd a half month. But right now pimples are covering my face. Please help me out. As due to the current situation unable to visit a doctor.

Oh my... my... you have grade II - III acne. Do you have this just on your face or do your have that on your chest and back as well. Anyways it doesn't look good. It seems when heal they will leave pitted scars on your face.
