Talk to Dermatologist on Acne On Face

I never experienced acne all my life, but this year due to prolong wear of N95 i have acne on my cheek , near ear sometimes on nose and forehead. I have severe dandruff, i have used clina gel, acdermin gel , dermovate but no improvement at all. Just 3 4 pimples are present. I do icing, now using benzoyl peroxide 5% with clindamycin 1%. My skin type is normal to dry. I have never used any mix cream. What should i do to recover from this acne??
