Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Marks On Shoulders

Since my teenage I have acne iasue on my shoulder and back ( qamar). I Never had acne on my face. In summer acne increases and in winter it reduces automatically. The problem is it takes many months (around 6 to 9 ) to auto vanish these acne marks. Since last 3 years i had no acne on my shoulders even. And i got all my skin marks also cleared automatically. But in June 2020 i got crona Covid 19. And I was injected steriods daily, after crona recovery I immediately got acne breakout on my face , shoulders and back qamar. For which I ate Augmentin as well. That breakout acne was setteled after 2 weeks. Now the acne is gone, except 1 to 3 new pimples on weekly basis. But the marks of acne are not gone yet. I want to get these acne marks vanished, on my shoulder and back qamar. I am eating cecon 500 daily since last 2 months. Some doctor told me to apply Biofad cream as well (too expensive) but i applied it this week only ( just started). So any suggestion to control this acne pimpl
