Although food is not associated with acne except chocolate but it is advised to patients to stop eating that particular food that brings on more acne. Medicines will not required in this case.
This is a misconception tht food has something to do with ur acne. U shldnt be using medicine without checkup as it can give u resistant acne which can give u tough time. Better to visit a dermatologist near u.

oho don't be upset bcz stress can also increase Acne. avoid hot humid condition n milk products which increases the acne. u r young so u should not experience any medication without consultation to avoid any unwanted effect on ur face. however u can avoid golden pearl, faiza, face fresh etc creams. bcz these will harm ur face. apply acsolve gel on pimples until u get a Dermatologist appointment
