Asking for Father, Male, 54 years old, Islamabad
My father all of a sudden had these acne type spots appear on his cheek, what's the solution for it ? Any ointment? Thank you in advance.

This is unlikely to be acne, most likely this is an early stage of Psedofolliculitis Barbae https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pseudofolliculitis_barbae
Ask him to keep his face clean and let his beard grow for some time. If it does not solve the issue, please see a dermatologist.
