I have a hard stone like pimple with yellowish nucleus on the pinky finger of my right foot. (Picture attached) Slight pain in walking and a bit more pain if i press it. Cant feel any liquid inside. Its been around 1.5 months and it's not going away. I have not applied anything on it yet.

Looks like a viral wart. It needs to be treated with a machine by a Dermatologist. Please take an appointment thru Marham to visit my clinic for treatment. I am working during this lockdown.
