Please make appointment and avoid direct sun exposure.
AOA. You need to take care when going out into the sun. Always wear sunscreen, start wearing gloves and socks and use any good fairness cream on hand and feet. If no result seen after a week, kindly book an appointment. How it helps. Take care.

However, I would recommend simple covering your hands and feet to protect from the sun. Even just that might help
