get your scaling and polishing done . some deep stains cannot be cleared by any toothbrush or toothpaste . once cleared by scaling use sensodyne toothpaste

this doesnt look yellowish. the picture quality isnt perfect. they look completely fine.
Better to get physically checked. get scaling and polishing done if it still persists you need to get teeth whitening done

use expert toothpaste for shade lightning and you would have to get ortho treatment for your misaligned teeth
