ulcer beneath upper and Lower lips and under toungh also.....using somogel but they are exceeding no reduction.....any prescription or advice???
Use enziclor mouthwash thrice daily after food for a week and follow up with me on your ulcers. Continue using somo gel or change it with clinica gel
Patient's medical condition and history?? Smoker non smoker??? Diabetes??
In case all is ok then use
Kenalog Orabase gel at bedtime and after breakfast.. But do thorough cleansing before gel.. Avoid spices, tea and carbonated beverages

Hello. Please get your biopsy done from dow or any other hospital to rule out diagnosis. Avoid eating spicy foods, use revomet gel
Is it white lesion or localized to any other part of mouth..
complete history required then biopsy.
for instant you can use enzyclor mouth wash twice daily and revomet plus gel twice..
Use any vitamin B 12 supplement daily. Also try Kenalog in Ora base gel twice daily locally on ulcers. Hope it helps!
