You need to consult dentist as your oral hygiene I'd very poor which is the cause of exposing roots. Further more its better to visit a dental surgeon as this image is not enough to evaluate your complete problem as its a multiple teeth problem case. Visit Along with full mouth X ray (OPG) for better treatment.
