last wala and second last mein endo plus filing k option ha bs bcx usk distally bh bone loss bht ziada ha
it's hard to say k apka 2nd last tooth safe ho jae, but last wala is confirmed extraction.
further confirmation for 2nd last can be done after the removal of last tooth
Aoa. The last tooth has to be extracted. Second last may be saved by root canal treatment but after clinical assessment. Regards

Wa Alaikum Assallam. Dono teeth main issue hai. Basically last wala tooth apni jagah per sahi nahin aya jis ki waja sey usney 2nd last walay ko bhi pressure dekey kharab kerliya hai. Pehley last wala nikalwaein. Uskey baad 2nd last walay ko dobara examine kerwaein. Per condition wise 2nd last bhi sahi nahin hai.
Hi,last one will be surely extracted and second one needs to be examined then decide if it can be saved by RCT or extraction has to be done.
