Due to wrong alignment of my left wisdom tooth my last molar tooth getting black and decaying, so much sensitivity issue and I can't eat from that side. X ray attached can anyone guide what to do filling or removal of tooth or both wisdom and molar removal?

wisdom teeth need to remove and for molar root canal will be done.
best option would be root canal in second last molar and extraction of wisdom

Remove the wisdom tooth as it is the cause of decay in the second molar then hope so after extraction of wisdom tooth filling would be done in the second molar

The wisdom tooth needs to be extracted/removed as soon as possible to prevent your second molar from further trauma.
Secondly, have a root canal treatment for second molar.

Hello. unfortunately, the wisdom needs to be extracted but the good thing is that it doesn't help in eating anyway. so you will not lose an important tooth. by removing wisdom, your dentist will be able to save the one before it. by doing root canal and then giving a crown on it. Hope this clears it.

as wisdom tooth is not properly aligned so first get wisdom tooth removed and then root canal of lower molar is advised.
Removal of wisdom followed by root canal treatment of adjacent tooth should be preferable treatment.
the harm is there, get RCT of the 2nd molar, forget about wisdom tooth and enjoy your life
rct of decayed teeth and removal of wisdom teeth should be the treatment in this case

Respected Drs specially from lahore plz can anyone give an idea, how much these procedures will cost me?
If you get one tooth out then it would cost you 2000. If you go for wisdom tooth extraction then total of 6000.

Wisdom tooth and the one next to it need to extracted. The tooth in front of wisdom tooth is a must extraction.
the wisdom has to be removed if you consult a good endodontist they might be able to save the 2nd molar.
wisdom should b extracted as soon as possible and get RCT done of the molar

Your second last teeth can be saved with RCT but only option for wisdom is extraction.
1st option RCT needed for 2nd molar . U can postpone wisdom extraction.pain relief should be first preference.so visit a dentist for 2nd molar RCT.
Wisdom tooth should be extracted first and RCT should be done for second molar. Because after RCT tooth becomes brittle and if you will not get rid of your wisdom tooth you might loose your 2nd molar or it will break into pieces.
