Meri aqal daarh kharab ho gai hai. Doctor ne kaha hai ke ye fix nahi ho sakti, nikalna zaruri hai. Ramzan me me pehli dafa shadeed pain utha tha saath fever bhi bo gaya tha. Dentist ne antibiotics di thin jis se abhi tak araam hai.
Kindly mera sawal ye hai ke agar mujhe abhi pain nahi ho raha tou kia me darh nikalwanay se pehle apni tooth cleaning karwa sakti hun? Jab tak daant chal raha hai chal jay. Aur antibiotics, jou daant nikalnay se pehle di jaati hain, meri tabiat kharab kar deti hain. Suit nahi kartin. Heal hone me bhi time lagta hai daarh ki jaga nikalnay ke baad.
Front tooth bohot yellow hai, confidence low karta hai, is liye cleaning ke mutalliq queaion kia hai ke, kia ye sahi order hai? Ghar me kehna hai ke pehle daant nikalwao.

these are two different things. 1. You are concerned about your esthetics. for that you have to get your dental examination so that the dentist could diagnose whether you have intrinsic or extrinsic staining. Then the dentist will guide you for dental scaling or dental bleaching depending on your condition. 2. 3rd molar pain is very critical and needs to be addressed right away. If your dentist advised for an extraction, then you should go for it. take any 2nd opinion if you want but in 95% cases, dentist usually recommends an extraction to save you from further pain and discomfort or to save your adjacent tooth from any issue

the only treatment option for wisdom tooth is extraction. u shd get it extracted now as u don't have pain or infection at the moment.
and u can get scaling/cleaning of teeth done before extraction as it would be better.
inform your dentist about the Antibiotic allergy or side effects, so that u r prescribed other antibiotic. in the mean time rinse mouth with warm water and brush after every meal and especially at bedtime.

visit ur nearest dentist and ask for scaling
Kindly upload if you have any x ray available with you along with your post. If at all ur wisdom tooth pain is because of operculum (dant kay opar masoray ka ajana) you can go for scaling first rather if scaling done in expert hands and with cautions it will going to subside your problem for a longer period.
But to decide this you need to go to a qualified dentiat to examine you.
scaling can be done b4 or after the tooth extractions. for wisdom tooth should be removed when symptoms free specially for females as may complicate during pregnancy
Aoa. First of all you should not wait for any problem caused by wisdom tooth. Get it extracted as soos as possible because if it hurts, it may create problem while extraction or after extraction regarding healing of wound.

Both procedures can be done. First scalling and then extraction can be done in the same visit. Your symptoms are showing irreversible pulpitis but better is to ve clinical pictures and xrays. If you don't want wisdom tooth to be extracted Root canal treatment os another option.
