My left jaw was so painfull aur jaw k end pa swelling ha aur white wala chala b bana hva ha ek aur uper wala fornt teeth ek danta ma b thori se swelling tuo ya kaya massal ha ..........?

Swelling with pain usually refers to underlying infection if there is fistula as well. With white patch might be just ulcer. If pain and swelling persist after the ulcer heals, then go for x ray of that area. Same for front tooth, try to brush and rinse with salt Luke warm water for few days. If swelling goes that’s good. If not then go for x ray of that tooth as well to see underneath cause
