yes bleaching can recommend but if have any sensitivity issue then could not possible....

if possible show pictures of your teeth
teeth should not bleed by brushing if it does mean the gums are still unhealthy

Aoa,dear patient if you don't feel fresh then use mouthwashes for example Listerine,colgate max fresh or Bannet mouth wash.plus inform your dentist who have done your scaling to reevaluate your gum and periodontal condition if necessary re scaling should be done and with medicine,give time to your brushing 2 times daily,secondly if you want your teeth super white then bleaching is recommended.
You can get whitening of front teeth. Always brush all surfaces of your teeth. Use some mouth wash and keep your tongue clean by brushing it too.
