Salam...sir 1 year phly mera lower canion teeth accident sy loose ho Gya tha kafi.pain b boht zyada hoti thi no bitting at all...bds sy treatment krwaya ...time sath sath fix hota Gya abi boht km loose hy mgr bitting issue abi b...opg is clear..Kya is sy jaw mein infection ka chance hy ya koi or danger...Kya yh teeth b save ho skta any possible method as bone grafting

We need to see the healing how its done. Aur agar dant theek hai aur vital hai tou its fine otherwise we can do RCT and give flexible splint. But again i need to examine you first. Aese cant say much
first I see periapical x-ray or OPG then i give advise which treatment is best for this tooth

it is possible but i need to see it before recommending to give a better answer
a digital OPG would be better to examine and diagnose. if not possible then go for the smaller x-rays called Periapical x-ray of the effected tooth. the medicine prescribed is okay
there are alot more options depending on your specific case ...
opg or periapical karwa laen ,vitality tests karwa laen aur phir treatment pay jaen ..ye sab dentist prescribe karengay
