my gum right above the right canine tooth is swalloen, it's been a week, whenever I try to brush my teeth it start bleeding and pain is severe. even if I try to brush this tooth, the blood comes out but condition is same.

Final diagnosis would require an oral examination. But according to your explanation, it might be a normal case of gingivitis, if it's gingivitis then you will require scaling of teeth and oral hygiene maintenance.

apparently it seems localized periodontal problem. needs cleaning and deep curretage. see your dentist to do the procedure, don't need any medication.

2 possible solution are there.. 1 if no caries ia there you need to have scaling of your teeth. If caries is there, you might have abscess over there.. That needs root canal treatment... Dentist will decide n guide you regarding this
Use enziclor gel on that area and parodontax toothpaste for now then get yourself check with a dentist whenever possible.
