Extraction and wisdom teeth dont need filling, crown or any other treatment.. ye ap ke khana chubany myvuse nai hoty. So dont worry for extraction of these
extraction because any other treatment would lead to failure.

its better to remove the wisdom tooth.
hello, first of all, if it's causing severe pain then it's better to be removed, but if it's curable then get a filling done.
the more appropriate advice can be given after a clear look at your teeth.
visit your dentist and he/she will guide you to the best option.
in case of pain, you can do saline rinses (in medium-hot water add 2-3 pinch of salt and rinse your affected side with it) it will help reduce the swelling.
still, I will advise you to see a dentist because it can get severe with time if not treated properly.
