My front teeth was half broke due to hit in wall. when i was 13. There was no pain then and now. Even not feel hot and cold like. I want to know what treatment done
if no pain and no discoloration and tooth is vital mean alive . only filling will be done to restore missing part aesthetically.
Aoa. Thanks for your query. Trauma to front teeth is fairly common. My understanding from your question is that you do not have any pain in your front tooth. I need to see your tooth and take an X-ray. Usually such teeth undergo necrosis (become dead) and hence can not appreciate hot or cold stimuli. If this is the case or if your tooth has turned pinkish or brownish over time, you would need to undergo root canal therapy followed by a crown (preferably metal free since its a front tooth).

dental crowns would be the best option to chose
look there are steps to diagnose your pulp status. if you don't feel any hot n cold even to the Normal extent then in that case your pulp is NECROSED n u need to get RCT done prior to BUILD UPS or CROWNING. n if your your sensation works pretty fine you can skip the RCT.
this is just the over view.
we need to get more investigations done for final diagnosis.
