Hi, i hope you're doing good, I've an inquiry please help me. My father age is 50 years and his wight is around 100 kg. He spits alot at night during sleep, spit colour is usually brown, he says his mouth gets bitter in taste. It's been 2 years he going though this problem. He goes for walk every morning and also taking good diet. He doesn't have any medical history. Please suggest any solution of this problem.

like in picture I can see his oral health is compromised a lil bit
