due to Corona many hospitals are not functional...private dentists are working though
I would suggest to take medicines,maintain oral hygiene,brush in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner.

Aoa. He should have a digital xray and start antibiotics & pain relieving medicines. Only medication can be a temporary solution. Get an appointment for a dentist immediately.
you must go for consultation and xray. if get proper diagnosis then it will lead to proper treatment.
these are broken down roots of the tooth and carries also affected the adjacent tooth as well. the broken down roots must be extracted out and xray for the adjacent carrious tooth.

after extraction two options either implant or 3 unit bridge
.
also root canal would be required for sath wala decayed tooth jis ki support say bridge bnna hai or either way also root canal would be required if the tooth is infected

these are the remains of decayed tooth or called broken dental roots these are infected n needs to be extracted ,also sath wala daant also looking decayed but this can be confirmed by x ray n clinical examination , also history of patient is required . kindly visit nearby dentist or take video consultation for medicines

this tooth has completely decayed and needs to be removed asap to control the pain ... get it extracted

this tooth needs to be extracted since its grossly decayed now and only roots are remaining. in order to control pain it needs to be removed and your husband will be perfect again
